Breathing Slow and Less increases your CO2 in your blood. Since CO2 is acidic in nature it makes you feel calm.
Note: If you experience any nasal obstruction for any reason, feel free to breathe through pursed lips, creating a small 'O'-shaped opening for your comfort.

Press the button and wait for the first 'ting' sound to begin inhaling. Exhale on the next 'ting' sound, and continue this cycle until the sound stops ringing.

The session lasts for a total of 5 minutes.
